O Our client wanted to build a virtual platform which can resembles the real life exhibition centre where they can host industrial exhibition events, showcase products and allow distribution & media partners to interact with the exhibitors through webinars & virtual booth & inbuilt communication platform.
The Challenges faced by our clients earlier:
– High costs of hosting a full-day event, limited outreach restricted to only local guests.
– Inability to connect with out of state and international existing/potential prospects members without having them incur hefty travel expenses.
– Unengaging event experience with low networking opportunities, Thus Poor lead generation.
– High charges associated with marketing collaterals, Booth and technology setup.

This is a custom-built platform developed with angular 8 & PHP-Laravel hosted on Amazon cloud. It allows the Cannabizfair team to set up entire expo theme in matters of few hours. Team can setup & allow early bird registration for exhibitor & attendee & focus on branding & making this event successful.

Registration made it very easy for all users
 Exhibitor can create online profile select predefine booth template & add on services like ticket to host webinar or request customized layout. After successful payment exhibitor can start customizing booth easily with drag & drop approach.

Improve Event experience through animation
To attract & and maintain attention of the attendee, various animation was used to ensure that attendee did not miss out anything virtual experience. To further amaze the experience, point based system was introduced with the quiz. A Leader board was also used to showcase points & prizes for top point earner to keep the audience excited & active throughout the event.

Promoting own brand is the prime objective of such events for exhibitors & selected businesses also benefitted from their logos displayed exclusively in the event lobby or webinar hall.
Exhibitors have fully customizable booths where they can display video/audio content, product images and documents that could be available for viewing/downloading purpose for visitors which makes this event very eco-friendly as well as boosted affordability for event manager & exhibitor so they can host event more than once in year.

Quick insights
This platform gives Realtime success reports about expo to CannaBizFair team as well as exhibitors about the logged In users, most visited booths, total video plays, total documents download, webinar attendees, total lead generated, Live user at booth/ webinar. The system automatically sends a detailed success report of each booth to the respective exhibitor by email.
