The Challenge & Solution
The new healthcare aggregator app in Pune. Health siren is hitting in the market to provide hassle free daily health related services such as Fitness (Yoga, Gymnasium, Nutrition), Medical (Nursing, therapies), emergency services (Ambulance, Blood bank). It is also a provide dictionary for nearby hospital, pathology labs, pharmacy, etc.
Basically, Health siren offers user to book certified practitioner of their choice locally or if you are in a new area with the help of local reviews & ratings. Apart from this, a self-care reminder& tracker, Useful health related article’s & blogs are just the few other things.
Inspired by the Urban Clap App , Our client wanted to develop a one stop solution for daily needful services focussed on healthcare related services. They wanted to the app to help & educate user through resources along with providing the actual services.
They want app should be protected & followed by all security compliances.
02. Working Process
We follow our agile process to deploy this app. We collect all requirements from client. After in depth analysis we present our solution to client. Client loved our process and gave green signal.
Where we divide system into small backlog task and given priority and complexity to each tasks.
We started with User App UI and parallel start work on web backend. After multiple UI iterations we finalize UI and start work on design of partner app and Driver app. We created task backlog and kept some complex modules like booking and drivers GPS modules to last and complete all other functionalities first. After completion of beta version we start in depth testing with our internal tester. We test app with 18-20 people first collect there feedback and implement some feedbacks as per client approval. After UAT we deployed our solution on Play store. We deployed both apps on playstore.
03. Perfect Result
We created a complete backend dashboard and Android apps to help our client achieve their requirement. Health siren has majorly two separate applications, One is for end-user & the other for partners for registration, booking & calendar management, etc.
We also created one driver app for drivers of emergency services.
We developed these application with latest technology by following all healthcare related security compliances.
