Clients must supply all required materials (text, graphics, data) promptly. Backups of existing content/images must be maintained by you—Leometric is not liable for data loss.

3. Intellectual Property & Content Rights

  • Materials you provide remain your property; you grant us limited rights to use them in service delivery.
  • Materials created by Leometric (designs, software) remain our property unless agreed otherwise.

4. Delivery, Review & Acceptance

  • We strive to deliver per the projected timelines. Delays may occur due to external dependencies (e.g., client feedback, third-party services).

5. Limitations of Liability

7. Fees, Payments & Cancellation

  • Fees will be agreed upfront in writing.
  • Payments follow agreed milestones; late payments may incur charges.
  • Cancellations may incur charges proportional to work completed.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties shall keep sensitive business information confidential, unless legally required to disclose.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
