The Challenge & Solution
Client has travel business where they arrange holidays for there customers and arrange there holidays. Client needed digital platform where there client can book there holiday packages and hotels. They want elegant design for there digital platform. They want to increase there reachability and be available 24*7 for there customers.
Leometric approach them with digital prototype where we showcase our capabilities to client. client like design and concept presented by us. We deployed B2C web on there server where there customer can view holiday package details, Book package and do online payment as well. All there customer bookings can be seen at backend of system.
02. Working Process
We follow agile methodology in this project. We first collect all requirements from client understand there pain points and got reference sites that client loved. Our BA also suggest some needed changes into there requienments. After clients approval we start design phase. We first build UI design for them. After some iterations client fix UI and then we start with development. We deployed this project phase-wise we first deploy user holiday package view and hotels view. Meanwhile our designer come up with new ideas for system. Client also got some ideas for system enhancement we analyze those changes and accomodate in system.
We deployed complete developed system on to there server.
03. Perfect Result
We deployed travel b2c website on client server. Client now gets inquiries from all over globe. They gets more inquires from this online platform. Now there marketing team showcase packages directly on website and convince them to book a packages.
