Inspire from swiggy and zomato client want to implement food ordering app for there restaurant chain. They want mobile app for there customers and there delivery boys to track order. They wanted to showcase there menu online on mobile app. Client also want designs which is easy to use and that can give good experience to there customers.
02. Solution
We analyze client needs in detail and prepare BRD document. After BRD we start design phase we first deploy UI of customer app first. After client approval we start development on order app. In parallel we implement restaurant web and admin web for backend handle and manage. We follow below process for this system. Uniform Project Execution – Ensure that the overall program plan has consistent tracking mechanism for each track by avoiding the ambiguity that will arise due to different interpretation of status coming from different track. • Uniform Milestones – It is planned that milestones will be made uniform across all tracks in order to achieve intermediate states and final states with business objective in mind. Commonality in reference to project approach: While crafting proposal, it was observed that multiple approaches for multiple tracks will also impact the project execution as these refer to different terminology. • Reduce Project Risks – In an unforeseen situation, where a project is halted in the middle, it must be able to start from the end of the previous phase and not from the beginning. • Better Governance – The uniformity and standardization achieved in this approach will help achieve better transparency and control over the progress of the program.
03. Perfect Result
The final product of the development is a fully-functional application for android devices. We have overviewed the original Android application and enriched it with the additional functionality. The main features of the application:
